You don't.  
If you have a new computer and you've installed Quicken on it, you must copy your Quicken data file ("Quicken QDF data file") from the old computer to the new computer.  If you intend to use Quicken on both the old and new computer, you must copy your Quicken data file back and forth between the two computers each time.  You can't use some "cloud" storage area (e.g., OneDrive, Google Drive) for your "live" file as you're almost guaranteed to have problems this way.Your Quicken cloud information just isn't a complete current copy of every Account in your Quicken data file.
