Quicken Canada - Product Name

I have a subscription for Quicken Canada Deluxe but the program shows at the top left Home & Business, same when I look at Help-About.

Is this normal ? How to fix this?

    Yes.  The title bar shows the "edition level", which in your case is Home & Business.

    Oops I glossed over you said you have the Deluxe edition, that is wrong.
    Try logging out and back in.
    Edit -> Preferences -> Quicken ID & Cloud Account -> Sign in as a different user
