I want to revert to Quicken Premier 2018

I’ve been keeping my household accounts on Quicken for thirty years, since 1992. The latest version I have is a disc that says “Quicken Premier 2018 Version.”
Its Activation Code is: [removed personal info]
At some point in the last couple of weeks Intuit pushed an update to me and now my screen says, “Quicken Starter Edition” and I can no longer update securities’ prices.
I tried reinstalling from the disc but the screen showed it for less than a second and then reverted to Starter Edition. I want the Premier capabilities back!

- Select Sign in as a different user
- Enter yes
- Select Sign Out
- Sign in with the your Quicken ID
