Why doesn't Quicken Mobile show different amounts in some of the accounts?

After I sync the Quicken on my PC with the cloud then open it up on my iPad, the totals are different on some (not All) of the accounts. Then when I open the Quicken on my PC it also shows the wrong amounts in some of the accounts. I can't figure out where the numbers are coming from.

    Hi. I have had the same issue. The error seems to be with quicken cloud sync/express web connect. I have deleted my cloud file and no longer use quicken mobile or quicken web. Unfortunately this is the only solution that I have found to work until cloud sync is fixed. I’ve looked at several other discussions in the community and all have arrived at the same conclusion.
