How do I transfer all shares from one IRA account to a new IRA account?

I soldx all shares and moved cash to a transfer account. then I boughtx shares in new account. this worked on some but one IRA account shows the securities value as 0 when it should be $30288.05. What did I do that made this one different?

If the number of shares is correct, I suggest you examine the price.
If the number of shares is not correct, examine the transactions in the register.
If you haven't already, I suggest you check the
Show hidden transactions
preference: select
Edit > Preferences...
