Memorized payees

Memorized payees now appear as a large blue block underneath the cell. Up until a little while ago, I could just put in the first letter or so and a suggested payee would appear in the cell. Now I have this large blue block with everything that starts with that first letter. Where can I find a way to go back to the original set up? I've searched through various menus.
