q has not updated since 1/5/22. It says you can't update till you enter transactions.

What type of "update" are you talking about? An update to the Quicken software or the process of downloading transactions from the banks?

What version, edition level (Starter, Deluxe, etc.) and release (R xx.xx) of Quicken are you using?
US, Canadian or other country version?
Is your subscription expired or still active?
