One credit card account won't allow me to enter ending balance or change beginning balance

When trying to reconcile my credit cards, most have a pop-up box that allows me to enter ending statement date, charges, payments, ending balance. One does not and I haven't been able to reconcile correctly in several months. Is there a way to add the Reconcile Online Account pop-up box? Thank you!

    If you have not already done so, go to the Online Services tab of Account Details.  Is the box for "Reconcile using online balance" checked?  If so, uncheck it and click "OK".  Then you should be able to use the Reconcile-to-Paper Statement feature.  Did this answer your question?
