Subscription Downgrade Question [Edited]

I no longer have rental property or a home business. Can I move my data from a Rental and Business version of Quicken into a home version of Quicken?

Yes, you can downgrade your Home & Business edition to Premier, Deluxe or Starter.  It is the same program for each of these editions but you subscription determines which edition features are turned on or off.  Since it is the same program for all editions the same data file can be used so there is no need to create a new data file and set everything up, again.
In addition, if you downgrade the Home & Business-only features data will be retained in your data file but it will be read-only.  If you would want/need to edit or add Home & Business-features data you would need to upgrade to Home & Business, again.
If you have not already done so, you might want to read the following Support Article: How Do I Manage My Quicken Subscription? [Support Article].
