Citi - Update Completes, but Nothing Downloads

    Thank you for contacting the Quicken Community, though I do apologize that you are experiencing this issue. 

    Before I can further assist you, I require some more information. What version of Quicken are you running? You can see this by navigating to Help > About Quicken. Are you receiving any sort of error codes or messages when running a One Step Update or when updating your individual CitiBank accounts?

    Periodically my CitiBank will not download and gives one of two messages CC-592 or CC-502. Talked with CityBank support and they advise me they have no idea of what is causing this, or even that it is occurring, or how to fix it. They suggest contacting Quicken support. Looking at what is listed I see this is occurring for others also. Any suggestions?

    The inability to download transactions from Citibank (error code CC-502) has been going on for about 2 months. [Removed - Speculation] It is preventing me from seeing a good portion of my financial transactions, making Quicken useless for me. I'll give them a few more days to permanently resolve this issue [Removed - Off Topic]. I can't continue with this huge gap in my financial data.

    Same issue here. Last valid download was May 19th.
