Can't view log files in R40.21 for Windows - cleared Q cache -> fixed

Seems to be some internal browser problem. And if you click on the "Quicken.com" link it tries to use an invalid quicken.intuit.com address.

    Stop Quicken and delete this folder, and then restart Quicken:
    C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Cache

    Thanks! That fixed it. I was on chat with their tech support for an hour and they had no idea how to fix it.
