When I download my bank transactions all entries are auto populated as Home Depot. How can I fix this? I have not created any naming rules.

Even though you deny it, this certainly sounds like a Renaming Rule issue, and one with the rule written so generically that everything matches it.
Please to TOOLS, Renaming Rules and see what under the "Rename Rules" tab.
And I edited  your post's title to describe the actual issue.

Are you aware of the fact there are preferences in Quicken that will have Quicken creating renaming rules for you?

The preferences I have selected allow Quicken to create renaming rules but confirm that I want them first.
You should either have the option off completely, or make sure that confirm is on so that Quicken doesn't do it without you knowing.

If that option isn't on then I don't know how the renaming rule got created if you didn't do it (provided you find that there is a renaming rule causing the problem).
