I keep getting this error message when I do a Mobil sync

No Permission to access entity

Any idea what this is?
I have windows 11, Quicken deluxe subscription

    I apologize about this unusual error message. Thank you for inquiring about this here on the Quicken Community. 

    Are you seeing this on your Desktop application as well as on your Mobile app? Also, does information appear to be missing in your Mobile application? If you can, I recommend uploading a screenshot with any personal information redacted by following the steps listed in this thread.

    Sorry for the spelling errors Desktop only windows 10 I also have missing transactions. I do a sync on the Mobil and then a sync in desktop.

    What version, edition level (Starter, Deluxe, etc.) and release (R xx.xx) of Quicken are you using?
    US, Canadian or other country version?
    Is your subscription expired or still active?
    Click Help / About Quicken (Mac: Quicken / About Quicken) to get this information.
    What version of Windows or Mac OS are you using?

    > "Quicken 2016 Deluxe R19.5, Windows 10"
    Also please review the signature you set up in your user profile in the Quicken Community. Is this still up to date?

    I have changed the signature several times never seems to save. If I look at it now it says Deluxe subscription
