You have online payments to send but none exist.

When I go to exit quicken, it pops up a dialog box saying: "You have online payments to send. Do you want to send them before exiting?". I'm running Quicken Premier version R.40.21 build 27.1.40.21 on Windows 10. there are no payment to send. have tried validating and super validating and the reminder still exists.

    If you haven't already, I suggest you restore a backup you saved prior to the appearance of the issue.
