Cannot Install Quicken - Error 1402. Could not open key: UNKNOWN\Components

I get the attached, and following error when trying to install Quicken Premier on Windows 10:

" An error has occurred while installing Quicken

Quicken was not able to complete installation.
Please restart your computer and try again.
If issue persists, call Quicken Support for help.

Reason for this error:
Error 1402. Could not open key: UNKNOWN\Components\139C3899EB73E6C3DA23B8E687B98618\E3E9D26E8F2DB24393498F6F400133D. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel."

--No matter how may restarts, delete key from registry just picks another random key...I cannot get past this error. Attempts to clean Quicken from system have failed. Seems a massive Registry clean is needed or some other sort of resolution I cannot figure out.

Try right clicking on the install program and select Run as administrator.
