Downloaded Transactions Description Appear as Apostrophes

At times, approximately 50% of the time, downloaded transaction payees appear as a group of apostrophes (''''''''''''''''''') instead of actual name, e.g. Walmart, Belk, etc. Fortunately, the charge/payment amount downloads appropriately. This happens on all accounts; however, mostly on charge accounts such as Bank of America and Discover. I've performed file validation on a few occasions to no avail. The validation returns with no errors found most times.

    I suspect you may have an inappropriate renaming rule: select Tools > Renaming Rules

    Sherlock, you are correct! There was in fact a renaming rule listed with a series of apostrophes. I've deleted and believe will resolve my issue. Though I'm embarrassed, I'm more happy to have this issue resolved.
