CITI and PNC - Error CC-502

I have been having the problem that others are reporting with a CC-502 error for Citi credit card accounts. Now, I'm getting the same error on PNC. Is there a systemic problem with Web Connect?

    Intuit continues to have difficulty maintaining the Express Web Connect connection method for Quicken.  If you are not willing to accept the unreliability of this connection method, I suggest you use the Direct Connect or the Web Connect connection method if available instead.  If you haven't already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/how-quicken-connects-your-bank

    Being forced to upgrade every few years, and once again pay more money, for the ability to use this function, its about time INtuit and Quicken get thier collective butts in gear and permanently solve this problem post haste!!!!! For ALL banking institutions.
