I am receiving a "You have 1 online bill payment to send" icon when there are none

I have seen this same question asked by other customers, but never answered. I am running Quicken version R41.10. I see the icon that looks like the attached image. I have already tried validating and repairing the file. There are no payments in my Online payments screen that have not been sent. All of my balances appear to be in order.

If you haven't already, I suggest you attempt the Copy and Validate Instructions as described in https://www.quicken.com/support/advanced-data-file-troubleshooting-correct-problems-quicken-windows
If the issue persists, I suggest you attempt the Super Validate on the copy as described in: https://help.quicken.com/display/WIN/Troubleshoot+a+damaged+Quicken+data+file
If the issue still persists, I suggest you recreate the account register: add a new offline account register, move the transactions from the original register to the new register, reset the memorized payees and reminders referencing the original register, delete the original register, and enable the online services of the new register.0
