Unable to sort accounts in new release R41.9 (June, 2022)

The new update re-ordered my account list, and the new update is supposed to allow me to reorder the list. When I try to reorder it, there is no place to save the changes and if I try to close the reorder window, I get a message to cancel the activity (Yes or No) If I say Yes, the accounts are not reordered. If I say No, it just goes back to the reorder window with no way to save my changes. I hate when this happens. I want my accounts is a specific order, and now I have to live with what the new update has given me.
