I purchased Quicken Rental Property Manager 2015 for $150.00 back in 2015 and enjoyed this app. Why am I deactivated now? I didn't purchase a subscription. It was the full use of the program - forever back then.

    Exactly what functionality have you lost? 
    Because Q was NEVER a "forever" purchase.  You purchased a license to use Q subject to the EULA, which specified that you lost all connectivity (including downloads of data and program update) after 3 years ... which for RPM 2015 was in 2018.
    Also, RPM is no longer offered as a standalone product.  It's now part of "Home, Business and Rental Property".
