Still unable to use the scroll bar in the banking register

Immediately after update R38.29 Build 27.1.38.29, I can't click and scroll the register tab to view my transactions. This has happened before, but the old fix isn't available in preferences/set-up.

What version, edition level (Starter, Deluxe, etc.) and release (R xx.xx) of Quicken are you using now? Have you upgraded your Quicken software since you first reported the issue?
US, Canadian or other country version?
Is your subscription expired or still active?

The old discussion doesn't give us any insights as to what the problem is and how it manifests itself. What size of monitor and screen resolution are you using?
