Since this issue has been ongoing for at least 6 months, can we expect a credit our on subscription?

US, Canadian or other country version?Is your subscription expired or still active?Is there a reason why you're downloading QFX files instead of using One Step Update (or "Update Now") from within Quicken?

Unfortunately - it looks like Quicken support are not able to address & resolve this -
