Since this issue has been ongoing for at least 6 months, can we expect a credit our on subscription?

@StanGail In order for anyone to answer, it would be necessary for you to provide details about what issue you are referring to. Does it involve a specific financial institution? Also, include what version of Quicken you are using.

Ok, so you're downloading a QFX file from some bank.
    Which bank?
What edition level (Starter Edition, Deluxe, etc.), version and release of Quicken (R xx.xx)  are you using? Click Help / About Quicken (Mac: Quicken / About Quicken) to determine year/version and release.
US, Canadian or other country version?
Is your subscription expired or still active?
Is there a reason why you're downloading QFX files instead of using One Step Update (or "Update Now") from within Quicken?

Unfortunately - it looks like Quicken support are not able to address & resolve this -

ONGOING - 1/3/22 --> 7/5/22 (QFX) Web Connect files not importing

So... as mentioned above - if you supply all the details, maybe we all can help find out more info on your situation -
