I am sorry to hear about this problem with downloading Quicken. Thank you for looking to the Quicken Community for assistance. 

Have you recently changed your password associated with your QuickenID? Do you notice any particular error messages when trying to use your credentials to sign into your program? Also, be sure to type the password out on a notepad document of some kind prior to entering it, to confirm that it is being keyed in correctly.
