Add Banking with Bank Mobile Vibe to Accounts

Hello,
I bank with Bank Mobile Vibe through my old graduate school institution. However, this bank does not have the option to add as an account under Quicken. Can you (Quicken) please reach out to Bank Mobile Vibe to set up a connection between the two parties?

I had to enter my information manually for the time being, but it doesn't show all of my transactions needed to set up my budgets and that is what I mainly bought Quicken to help me do.

Your financial institution needs to contact Quicken and request to be added, Quicken is NOT the initiator of such an action.
