Errors and Troubleshooting (Windows)
Capital One locks Quicken up, since the last update.
Critter TMC
Every since the last update, I have lost all my saved passwords and banking connections. When I go to set up for Capital One, the program locks up and I have to go to the task manager to shut it down. I use Quicken daily and this is a terrible inconvenience. What needs to be done? I don't have a solution but I want to make sure that you know that there are no passwords stored in the Password Vault (PV) for Express Web Connect (EWC) connections. CapOne is EWC, so it will not have passwords in the PV. The passwords are retained on the aggregator's server (Intuit is Quicken's aggregator).
You can see for sure which connection type is established for each account in the Account List (Tools menu).

I have the same problem with 3 Capital One accounts. I also had to re-enter all passwords to the vault.
