Has anyone figured out a workaround to the Windows Sign In Loop Error. It has been almost 2 weeks which is insane:

Have you tried this?Check if Windows Defender Controlled Folder Access feature Ransomware protection is enabled.
If so, configure it to add Quicken as an "allowed app" without turning off Ransomware protection. Perform the last step in https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7857675/faq-windows-defender-controlled-folder-accessAnd another shot in the dark ... have you ever received one of these Security alerts while starting Quicken on your computer? Or is Windows Firewall blocking this program? If so, see if you can enable this program in Defender, too.0 -
I tried that over a week ago. Quicken is an allowed app, I even completely turned off my firewall to make sure I did it right...Quicken still won't load.0
