What happened to Update Summary?

For the last week or so when I run Update Summary, I no longer get the Update Summary showing what accounts had how many transactions cleared> Has it been eliminated or is there a problem? No error codes appear.
Thank you,
Dan

I have the same problem with the summary. In addition, each account would show the date and time of the last update under the account name when I viewed the individual account, now it is missing....
  • Check to see if you have these options checked or unchecked.  You can do this easily by going to Tools->One Step Update Summary.

The last online session information is maintained in the runtime.dat file within a Quicken file specific folder in the hidden \ProgramData\Quicken\Inet folder.  I suggest you exit Quicken, rename the runtime.dat file, open Quicken, examine the One Step Update Summary to confirm you have renamed the appropriate runtime.dat file. If all goes well, you may remove the renamed file.
