A real long shot ref Quicken 2004 UK Version

Question

This is a real longshot but.... I need to get some archived data from a Non US version of Quicken 2004 Windows. I have installed Windows 10 on a Parallels VM and have installed Quicken from the original install disk. When I load I get the MSVCR70.dll mot found error which I seem to recall was fixed with a quicken patch to run on later versions of windows. I was wondering if any member has a archived copy of the patches. Please not this is for the non US version so the US patches won't work :-(  .If any one can help - that would be brilliant. If not it was worth a try :-) - Thank you in advance

Is MSVCR70.DLL actually found on your  computer?  It's  a  standard Microsoft file that you should be  able to download from any MS site.
