Quicken Home & Business 2017 won't open my backup file
After desktop crashed I installed Quicken H&B 2017 on my laptop. Trying to import my automatic backup file, I can see the latest entries flash by but then I get a screen that says "please check your internet connection and try again [NAME NOT RESOLVED]" When I click RETRY it just pops up again, then I get a blank screen. I signed in to Quicken & verified the email user name but that didn't help. When I click "file" it shows the correct file is open, but I can't get to the data, either I get blank screen or the "please check" msg again. How can I get to my file?
