I am starting a new file for a customer. My personal categories somehow moved over (completely new file). How do I delete categories so they don't show up on a budget?

- the easiest thing to do is to right click the category and choose "Delete". The other thing you might want to do is create standard categories. Do this by clicking on "Options" at the bottom of the list (next to the printer icon) and then choose "Manage". Choose categories by moving them to the list on the right.
