Transactions Filter not working properly?

I've noticed that its common for when I run an "All Transaction" report and add a filter there will usually be some random result at the end of the list when I sort by descending date. If I switch to ascending date the random transaction is not shown.
Is there any logical explanations for this or is this a bug? Maybe its related to how Quicken interprets "Last 12 Months" given the random transaction is on the borderline of that time frame?
Doesn't seem right I need to have to worry about a sort order of a particular dimension when using a filter.

Most curious ... but I've not seen or heard of this previously.I'd suggest that you use the "Report a problem" option on the HELP menu to send this to Q.
