Can multiple companies, using the same bank accounts, be set up in Quicken Business & Rental?

    Quicken, by design, is really only suited to businesses that report their activity on Schedule C of your personal income tax return.  Your use of the word "Companies" suggests the businesses might be organized in a different fashion, like a partnership, Sub-S corp, and the like. 
    You can however manage multiple Schedule C activities within Quicken H&B.
