Quicken Malfunction - wiped out about a month of entries.

I opened Quicken today and found it had wiped out about a month of entries. The problem occurred sometime after my 6/28 backup. I tried to call Quicken but the "sign in" button to ask for a call doesn't work. On inspection it appears to be disabled.

    Be sure that you are contacting official Quicken support at Quicken Support  and make sure that your browser does not have its pop-up blocker enabled.
    As to your issue, is it possible that you opened/restored an older version of your data file?
    What happens if you restore the backup you made on 6/28?
