@dctrtom - if you go into Help->About Quicken, what does it show for "Membership valid until"?0

It did and does say November. I was forced by not being able to download my accounts until I paid.-1

I assume that you went to: https://www.quicken.com/ using your browser and not from a link that was furnished to you. You logged into your Account to extend your membership?thecreator - User of Quicken Subscription R53.16 USA

@Dctrtom In what manner were you prevented from downloading transactions. What EXACTLY happened? Any error codes or messages?And, what Financial Institution(s) did this happen with?
