Getting error CC-501 when trying to add accounts from UBS Online Services

I am trying to add my accounts from UBS Online Services to Quicken. I have had accounts from UBS previously in Quicken, but closed them. Now I have new accounts to add.
I am getting "Oops. We are having a problem. CC-501" error -- we are unable to connect to the Quicken servers at this time.
I have been getting this error for over a week now.
All of my other accounts on Quicken update correctly, so I don't understand why I am continually getting this error.
Please help.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

    As stated in this support article regarding error CC-501, if the issue persists for more than 24 hours, you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance.

    Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files to further investigate the issue and will likely be required to file an escalation.
