How do I fix BECU error OL-294-A

There seems to be no fix for this problem. I reset the account. I downloaded the information directly from the account into a quicken file. However, the download does not work through quicken

    Please, BECU and Quicken, we need to receive regular updates and not some old, generic comment that you are working on it. if this continues i will no longer be a customer of both BECU or Intuit, and i've been a long-term user.

    i have to believe that both companies have a talented IT staff, [Removed-Speculation].

    i'm ashamed for both of you for treating your customers so shabbily.

    Well said it is absolutely shameful that a month has gone by and the only thing done is fingerpointing by both companies.

    The problem remains ongoing today with no ETA as to a fix. Per the update here
