How do I fix BECU error OL-294-A

There seems to be no fix for this problem. I reset the account. I downloaded the information directly from the account into a quicken file. However, the download does not work through quicken

Please, BECU and Quicken, we need to receive regular updates and not some old, generic comment that you are working on it. if this continues i will no longer be a customer of both BECU or Intuit, and i've been a long-term user.
