How do I change usernames in Password Vault

I recently changed usernames on some of my online accounts. I want to reflect those new usernames in the password vault. However, all options to edit are grayed out. Why even give the option if it is not available?

To change the user usernames in the Password Vault, I suggest you deactivate the Online Services of all of the registers associated the financial institution's previous sign-in credentials. After you have deactivated the Online Services of all of the registers associated the financial institution's previous sign-in credentials, the usernames should no longer appear in the Password Vault. You may then set up the Online Services again authenticating with the new usernames and passwords. Quicken should provide a list of the accounts obtained from the financial institution and allow you to link the accounts to the appropriate existing registers.
We are able to directly add and edit the passwords in the Password Vault for sign-ins that use the Direct Connect connection method.1
