No Direct Connect with new Bond purchases

Good Morning, On June 29 my broker made many new Bond purchases to my account. I downloaded all, most without incident. But, I have 3 or 4 Securities which will not update. automatically. I tried to edit the accounts to show Matched with Online Security (they currently don`t) and enter CUSIP #`s (currently blank) but both fields are greyed out and inoperable. Been fooling with this since the purchase with no luck. I can update the prices daily myself and all totals are then fine. I just can`t get them to update with all the others. I`m using the latest PC version with Windows 10. Please help.

    If you have not already done so, I suggest you go to Tools > Security List and check to see if the box for Download Quotes is checked.  If it is not, check it.  If it was not checked, checking that box should resolve the issue for you.
