Quicken is not downloading all transactions. Why?

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
I recently "upgraded" to subscription and Quicken is not downloading all transactions. It happens in ALL of my accts (Banking, CC, Investments). I have reset the accts. Sometimes that helps but not always. I have to reconcile each acct manually, once I figure out what transactions need to be added. It's a mess. Any fixes?
