    In what way?  Any error codes or messages?
    And, what Q product are you running, and what BUILD of that product?  Also, what's  your
    "Membership valid thru date"? Find this info at HELP, About  Quicken.

    Please provide the version of Quicken being used: select Help > About Quicken
    Please provide the full name of the financial institution and the connection method being used: open the register, press Ctrl + Shift + E and select the Online Services tab

    Please provide as much detail as you can without exposing any personal data.  This is a public forum.

  • In the subject line I wrote, One step update, that is not working. Has not pulled forth update since 6/24! My bank is Boeing Employees Credit Union. I received a note from Quicken to load the latest version and so I updated that just now. But, the Tool, one step update still did not take effect.

I received a note from Quicken to load the latest version and so I updated that just now. But, the Tool, one step update still did not take effect.

    hi - since there is already a ton of discussion concerning BECU -
    1 - Have you setup BECU as a new Account in Quicken... or are you stuck at that point ?
    2 - Have you setup the account, but the One Step Update fails.... How... with the OL-294 Error ?
    Are you getting the OL-294 error or something else with the Quicken One Step Update ?
    Instead of having another thread to follow, I will suggest this entry get merged with the other BECU existing topics -

    I have the same issue for the last week and a half. I have 5 BECU accounts that used to update correctly. Within the last week and a half, I get OL-294-A. I contacted BECU and they said it's not them, its Quicken.

    If that's what they said, the persons you contacted are either ignorant or lying.

    have the same problem and I just tried again and it is still the same status. Not fixed.

    sherlock you are the one that is wrong. I spoke directly to Quicken support and they told me that it is a quicken problem and quicken is working on this problem.

    Then why did BECU "directly" say this?  I don't think its Quickens IT department working on their "outage". :smiley:



    This doesn't work BTW. :(
