Keypoint Credit Union Accounts not Downloading Since late May, 2022

2 of my Keypoint accounts silently stopped downloading in late May 2022. I tried resetting and deactivating/activating online downloads, but still no transactions downloaded for the past 2 months (and I see many transactions on the Keypoint website). I have about 10 Keypoint accounts and they are typically downloaded under one Customer ID. But I see that when I re-activated one of the failing accounts it is now trying to download under a new Customer ID "CKCK01". I am also unable to download transactions manually through QIF files - they appear to start importing, but no transactions finally appear.

A fix would be appreciated.

    Are you able to download the available transactions for the two accounts and import their QFX files?

    I can do the import and it looks like it is working, but then no new transactions appear. So I don't have a workaround.
