Check Pay billers do not appear in biller list after setting them up

I have set up a validated payment account and have set up two billers for Check Pay. These two biller do not appear is the biller list. I have tried reinstalling the software after deleting C:\Program Files (x86) Quicken.

Why are my Check Pay biller not appearing in the list?

    Problem solved by selecting "Payable Items" instead of "all bills."

    You should be able to view a list of the Check Pay payees In the Bills or Bills, Income & Transfers view by selecting Biller Name and Check Pay payees in the pull-down menus:
