Quicken balances not correct

I've been using Quicken exclusively to track my financial information. Today I went into my online banking and discovered my bank balance was wrong by several thousands of dollars. I'm very upset. What's going on?

    @judyb610 You haven't provided any information about what is off, so it;'s impossible to tell you what's going on. Are you talking about a single bank account? What bank? You'll probably want to log onto your bank's website to compare the transactions there with what has been downloaded to Quicken to see what's different. Once you have such an assessment, post back here and perhaps we can offer suggestions about what to do about the discrepancy.
