TD Bank direct connect

After Quicken's update last week, Direct Connect to TD Bank stopped working. Quicken blames the bank, which is illogical, and says I need to work with the bank's tech department. As a result, I cannot download future transactions. Does anyone have a solution?

    There was an Alert posted a few days ago regarding TD Bank and a DC error code:  NEW 7/15/2022 TD Bank - OL-293.  Does this sound like the issue you are seeing?  If not, please provide more information regarding the issue you are experiencing (such as error code or message).
    BTW, connection issues with DC usually are caused by the financial institution because it is their server that is not allowing your computer to connect with it.  Since Quicken has no visibility or access to what is going on with the financial institution's server(s) Quicken usually cannot fix it....which is why the recommendation is to contact the financial institution.
