I cannot install program on my MacPro.

    We'll need more details from you in order to provide any help. What version of macOS are you running? What steps have you taken to install the program, and what obstacles have you run into? (Screenshots, or exact wording of error messages, would be helpful.)

    We also had Admin remove your email address from your ID - which had a .CA suffix -
    which brings up the point - are you downloading the US or the Canada version, and where did you get it ?
    OR - are you trying to install a retail version via CD or a retail download...
    We need some details vs guessing -
