Password issue installing Quicken on 2nd PC

I have the paid Delux 2019 version.
I installed it on another PC because the PC where I had installed and was using Deluxe broke down.
I'm not able to validate the Password when using Quicken ID!
Can anyone help. Or tell me how to contact the support chat?

Log into the Quicken website - and review your account status -Are you using the current subscription version ?
Is your subscription expired ?Did you download the latest version from the Quicken website ?0 -
I use Quicken Deluxe. The version is active, I can access it on the other PC. But when I start quicken on the PC I'm having problems, I change the password, quicken support validates it but when I enter it again, it says there is a problem and asks for a new password!!! Crazy...0

Is this asking for a Quicken ID & password -or - the Data File Password ?How did you install Quicken on the other PC.... from where & how ?0

I have already installed the version from the Quicken website but the error persists. But on the other PC everything is working!!! Strange thing. I know Quicken has monthly subscriptions as a strategy, but I manage it manually, so why do I always need to update???0 -

If you're receiving an Invalid Credentials message, Quicken may be having issues validating your public IP address.
"Invalid Credentials" - when using Quicken outside of US ?

Once you are signed in under Access your Apps, click on Quicken for Windows and Save it.The purpose of going to your Quicken Account online, is to verify your Quicken User ID and password and make sure they work.As for why you always need to update, because Quicken is always changing and fixing bugs.Quicken has yearly Membership / subscription and monthly updates.

Not saying that Quicken CD, does not install. I'm saying that once the Quicken Program is installed, based on experience, the Activation Window, always opens up and can't be closed.
