Track & Pay Bills Inside Quicken

Until recently I was always able to pay a bill using Quicken by entering the Online Vendor and the amount; then entering and it went directly to my bank for payment. Quicken ceased working a while back and tech walked me through setting up recurring payments. The bank always sent back a sent message with a delivery date. Recently it does not send back a new delivery date or acknowledge that it has even been received. I would appreciate any suggestions. Telephone help has not helped any.

    Who is the bank?
    Also, at the top of your checking account register screen just below the account name, what does it say the connection method is...Express Web Connect or Direct Connect?

    Please provide the full name of the financial institution being used: open the register, press Ctrl + Shift + E and select the Online Services tab
