Bill Manager and Capital One Card

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
Just started using setting up Bill Manager and have been waiting days for my bill for my Capital One CC to appear. I have received notices from Capital One that my new statement is ready but have not received an online bill in Quicken. Has anyone had a similar problem?
