Amazon stock split morgan stanley

My Quicken Morgan Stanley (MS) register shows 1/20th the number of shares I actually own at MS. Basically the stock split isn't reflected. Is there any way to fix this?

(How can I ever rely on my quicken brokerage dashboard etc if I always have to manually check stuff...?)

    Did Morgan Stanley download a stock split transaction? It sounds like you're saying they didn't. (That would be the fault of what MS downloaded, not Quicken's dashboard.) You can simply add a manual transaction for the stock split:
