Constantly having problems with the app and desktop not syncing. Especially for the cash account

I use the app very often to record transactions but will use the desktop to reconcile accounts and verify data. Wayyyyy to often the information is not transferred from the app to the desktop. This especially happens with the cash account.

Are you clicking Accounts > Sync to Mobile, and the transactions you entered in the mobile app do not download to the desktop data file? Can you still view those transactions on the mobile app even after you have done a Sync to Mobile?Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19930
